Qwerty was established in the autumn of 2005.

I provide a home tuition service which enables my customers to gain confidence in using their laptops and home computers.

As a qualified teacher and adult education tutor I have experience in teaching CLAIT and supporting LearnDirect courses. I am also a qualified librarian and this has given me plenty of experience in helping people of all ages to learn to exploit online services.

My business developed in response to my adult students from IT classes who asked me to help them on their own computers at home.

College systems are never quite the same as using your own laptop or desktop computer and my customers are happier to learn on their own computer at their own pace. I can also concentrate on what they actually need.

My range of services has increased because I found that people requested all kinds of help.
